As LaSCA continues to grow its customer base and increase the number of team members it needs to develop leadership at all levels of the organisation. This will require people to be more pro active and take ownership for delivering world class customer service. The senior team need to stay focussed on strategic issues and require team members to take personal responsibility and ownership in their role.
After consulting with the senior team,Dale Carnegie delivered a spaced learning programme over a 6 month period for 25 selected team members. This included the formation of 5 cross functional project teams to investigate and deliver innovate solutions to key business challenges. At the same time all staff members underwent a series of workshops to ensure the widest possible impact on the organisation.
Throughout our work with Dale Carnegie we have been impressed by their energy and enthusiasm to help us develop our business. They have understood our needs and used innovative and inspiring ways to engage and develop our staff. The impact has been immense and when you sit through team presentations where staff have worked on a project and are all presenting their part it makes you realise the confidence building and development that has taken place.
